The illustrious Wu-Tang Clan are back with a new single and accompanying video for "Mandingo". The difference? This Kung-Fu flick-inspired video is all done with AI.
It's causing some controversy by some people complaining about the AI, but I feel like this is the best use of AI videos I've seen. The story is cool with some typical Martial Arts tropes and cliffhanger.
The song is nice, too. Glad to hear them together on a track.
I saw some negative blog post about it and I was going to make some counterpoints, but I accidentally closed the tab and ultimately, who cares, right?
