Recently Detroit-based watchmaker Shinola teamed up with J Dilla’s estate to release a limited collection to honor the late, great producer.
J Dilla produced some of my favorite artists and it's cool seeing his legacy live on in various other mediums like fashion.
The J Dilla Collection includes 2 watches (J Dilla Runwell Chronograph Watch Midnight Blue & J Dilla Runwell Automatic Watch Midnight Blue) and a J Dilla Record Messenger Bag

The caseback features iridescent crystal that shimmers as it reeveals the complexities of the movement inside. Lightworks edition is deep-etched on the rotor.
